Oil or water in the cylinder wil be ejected violently. OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS PRE-START INSPECTION AND PROCEDURES 1. STARTING THE ENGINE CAUTION Do not engage the starter when the flywheel Is moving. Electric Starting 1. Move the govarnor control lever to approximate half engine speed position 2. Engage the load ENGINE OPERATION After the engine starts, and at frequent intervals, while the engine is operating, the gauges should be Observed. Determine the normal reading for each {auge.
