    Fall Festival Planning

    Meeting on October 11th of 2017

    Fall Festival Booth Ideas:


    1) Funnel cake
    2) Hot Cheetos with cheese or lemon or valentina
    3) Agua Fresca: Jamaica, Horchata, Limonada

    Location for booth:


    Our booth needs to be inside because we need plugs

    Supplies Needed Class Donations:


    1) Funnel Cake Supplies: Powder sugar (most likely us), whip cream,syrups (Chocolate,
    strawberry) and cake mix and fryer
    2) All supplies for Hot Cheeto Booth: single-bag hot cheetos (or variety of chips),
    cheese, limon, salsa valentina,
    3) Agua Fresca: Jars, Jamaica, Limonada, and Horchata powder, 3 ladles (large soup
    spoon)
    4) Silverware: plates for funnel cake (large flat ones), forks, napkins (plenty), red cups
    (generic basic cups 16oz)

    Decorations:
    1) Table cloth (plastic)
