Invitation Letter: From the host of the Angola country with clear
4 details and ensure of accommodation during the stay of the applicant.
Along with host passport/ID copy.
Documents: Copy of tax document paid by the Angolan company

know as (DAR Document pertaining to the collection of revenues)
Vaccination Certificate: Valid certificate of international
6 vaccination for yellow fever (if travelling trough yellow fever
countries belt).
Clearance Certificate: Copy of police clearance from the local

Police Station
Important Notes:

1. Application form to be filled in capital letters with complete details.

2. Embassy may ask for more documents (if required).
3. If more than one applicant is applying under the same company then one collective draft
should be made.
