Shambhavi (Upward eyebrow gaze, inhale while raising the gaze, exhale while lowering, then close and relax and
repeat)- 10 Rounds
Nasikagra Drishti (Focus on nose tip, close, relax then repeat, attention at Mooladhara)-5 min
Khechari (Siddhasana, jnana mudra, eyes close, Ujjayi, relax then repeat, try to reduce respiration rate 5-6 per minute,
attention at Vishuddhi/ Throat chakra)
Kaki Mudra (Lips as crow beak while inhalation, nasikagra drishti, exhale through nose)- 5 minutes
Bhoochari Mudra (Gazing into nothingness, raise hand again, aware of space only, attention on ajna chakra)- 5-10 min
Akashi Mudra (Khechari+ Ujjayi + Shambhavi, head bend backward about 45 degrees, ALAP, relax and repeat, attention
