    Almost all the companies have one specific operating model that identifies the processes of the
    company as most of the times selecting one operating model is useful. Management can
    recognize the responsibilities for its business units and IT based principles about how the
    company will operate most of the times.
    Many companies is diversification quadrant are adopting different operating models at different
    levels of managerial hierarchy.

    S R Petroleum has high amount of integration and relatively low amount of standardization, On
    unit or bunk level it follows replication model with high amount of standardization but low
    amount of integration. The units in business are in low coordination and cater to the regional
