Dear Senior Portfolio Committee,

The purpose of this cover letter is to gain approval of my senior portfolio, be eligible to
graduate from high school, and begin to pursue my career in nursing. This letter will
summarize the skills I have learned while being a student and will continue to use in my
later career.

In my years at Buckingham I gained the skills to Improve any work I do. Each of the
classes I took helped build me up. I was able to take language courses and classes like
leadership. The staff at Buckingham helped nurture me into the determined student I
plan to be. I was able to join nursing club which solidified my career choice, as I was
able to interview actual nurses in my community. Buckingham has given me the tools I
need to receive the most out of my education whether it be online or on campus.

After graduation I plan on attending Sacramento city college to get my general

education done then I would like to transfer to a southern California college. I plan to
go into nursing, while in southern california I will apply for nursing programs while
having a part-time job to pay for my expenses.

I can not wait for graduation and to begin an independent phase in my life, taking with
me the skills I have learned at buckingham. Buckingham impacted my life like no other,
the tools it has given me will help shape my future for the better. I look forward to life
after high school.
