activities
- Comply with DPW Engineering Policy and SPCT Engineering Management
System
- Guide staff clearly the way to use man-cage exactly & safely

3.0 SCOPE
To be applied for Engineering PM & CM tasks with working at height (over than
2m).

6.0 ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Engineering General Manager shall ensure
o The requirements of this Procedure are enforced within their area of
responsibility.
o Sufficient related resources is allocated to ensure the requirements of
this procedure are fully implemented.
o Regular checks are conducted to ensure the requirements of this
procedure are being adhered to.
o All employees receive initial and ongoing training on the requirements
of this procedure.
o Consultation and communication with all employees on the
requirements of this procedure.
Engineering Manager (s) shall ensure
o The creation and review of this Procedure are enforced within their
area of responsibility.
o The implementation of the requirements of this procedure in
consultation with engineering staff members.
o Regular checks are conducted to ensure the requirements of this
procedure are being adhered to.
o Non-conformances and changes to processes and activities are
identified and documentation amended/updated.
o All forms related to this procedure are completed and maintained on
file.
o Employees have received adequate training and instruction on this
procedure.
Person (s) in charge/ User (s) shall ensure
o Compliance with the requirements of this procedure at all times.
o Participate in trainings required for this procedure.
o Provide support and guidance on the implementation of this procedure.
o Monitor the implementation of this procedure.
o Report non-conformances if any.
