The Safari Lodge

Escape to the countryside and find us in 3,000 acres of beautiful
parkland, home of Woburn Abbey and a vast sweeping deer park.

Woburn Safari Park was opened in 1970 and welcomes over 500,000
visitors each year. Today the park is an internationally recognised centre
for conservation of endangered species, drawing crowds of visitors to
experience an authentic safari adventure to rival a trip to the Serengeti.

Nestled at the heart of Woburn Safari Parks Foot Safari and leisure
area, The Safari Lodge is perfectly equipped as your venue of choice for
conferences, meetings, product launches and events of all kinds.

Overlooking Desert Springs, home to a mob of meerkats, a prickle

of porcupines and a family of yellow mongooses; The Safari Lodge
transports you from the humdrum of the boardroom, to the harmonies
of the wild.

The Venue

The Safari Lodge plays host to many extraordinary events,

including meetings, AGMs, product launches, family fun days
and team away days.

Youll enjoy the flexibility to divide the room, with space

for break-out sessions. Delegates will appreciate all of the
upgraded facilities with free wifi and Apple TV. Standard AV
comes included and the room layout can be tailored to suit
your presentation style, product demonstration or for round
table meetings of all sizes.

Lunch can be served over two sittings for larger numbers, up to a
maximum of 440 people

Includes:
Access to Woburn Safari Park from 10am to 6pm, including Road Safari,
Foot Safari and Leisure Area
Exclusive use of the Safari Lodge for lunch from 12midday to 2pm with fully
licensed bar available
BBQ lunch served on the Safari Lodge veranda
Treasure Trail Quiz Sheet and Prize (a complimentary family entry ticket to
the park will be given to the winner)

Food and Beverage options

The Safari Lodge catering team are dedicated to providing you with
a menu to suit your taste and requirements. Choose from one of our
package options including delicious light finger buffets, substantial
hot buffets or a relaxed BBQ on the veranda.

Formal menus of three or four courses can be offered for a sumptuous

Gala Dinner or annual awards lunch. Or why not offer something a
little different?

Enjoy a glass of Champagne and a bite on the veranda, while you

watch the sunset and enjoy the harmonious accompaniment of
sounds from the wildlife surrounding you.

The fully licensed bar can be opened for your event, or simply arrange
a specific drinks package, or tea and coffee station to keep your
delegates refreshed through the day.
