Agenda:
1. Grade 12- Work immersion
2. Attendance of students.
3. Card distributions

Proceedings:
1. Parents registration.

2. Meeting called to order at 3:00 PM by Grade 12- HE-1 adviser, Ms. Cristina V.
Maquinto

3. Meeting started with a prayer, followed by welcoming the parents.

4. The first agenda is the work immersion and soft skill of grade 12 particularly the
HE strand as part of their Senior High School curriculum.

5. Ms. Maquinto discussed the importance of students attendance.

Students tardiness and absences in all subjects will be recorded by the class
monitor so that in case the parents would want to know the status of their
children, there is a record to serve as basis. In addition, the teacher will conduct
home visits if cases like this occur.

6. The adviser ended the meeting giving their temporary cards and observation on
their baking skills.
