SGX is a financial project which deals with Trading in Exchange in Singapore and HCL supports
its IT Infrastructure.

MSSQL 2012\2008\2005 L2 support with all kind of routine tasks like: HA solution monitoring,
incident troubleshooting and CR\SR handling.
SQL server installation, Patching and security hardening.
Database patching for high availability and disaster recovery solution servers.
 Provide monthly capacity report to sgx client for all critical servers.
We have automated several routine tasks like daily health check which has auto mail
facility for all IM ,apps owner and dba team.
Handle all kind of task with emergency patch correction and fixes for oracle and sql
server.
Database Tuning and performance analysis for critical servers.
Co-ordination with Onsite team to ensure smooth functioning of onsite-offshore
Manage capacity planning for production database servers and share monthly
