User access management for SAP Fiori

Authorization role maintenance for Fioris backend services

Here are instructions for authorization role maintenance for Fioris backend services. These are OData
services, which are providing data for Fiori applications. In Konecranes case the Fiori applications are in
Fiori Launchpad located SAPs Cloud platform. Backend is a SAP system meaning SAP ERP at the
moment.

Go to PFCG and change mode for defined authorization role

Press the small selection list button by the big Transaction button and select this:

Next you get pop-up and select these:

After Z* press F4 or the round button for selection list:

Select the needed Gateway Services to be added to the role. E.g. above select is all WM at the
moment. ZWM_PRO* is actually production. All should be added to Z_BC_GOLIVE and
Z_BC_CONSULTANTS_MODIFY.

Press green tick and then Copy here:

Next you have to save the role and go to generate the profile:

In profile the Gateway Services are added here:

All is ok anyway, so it is enough to press the Generate button.
