Readers Workshop
This week we will begin lessons on summarizing fiction. p Writers

This week we will continue instruction in Chapter 2. We will

work with factors and multiples, again relying heavily on
students basic fact fluency. I highly recommend working on
the practice pages at home this week in preparation for the
chapter test. You can following along with the lessons below-
dont work ahead! In addition, I will send home specific pages
for additional practice with factors and multiples, again
optional but highly recommended. Friday will be a catch-
up/workshop day. Next Monday we will have a review day,
and the Chapter 2 test is planned for next Tuesday, October
3rd.

and oceans, cardinal and intermediate
directions, hemispheres, the prime meridian
