Chicken Parmesan
INGREDIENTS:
2 medium breasts chicken, halved
3 eggs
cup cream
cup flour
2 cups breadcrumbs
Olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Place flour in a shallow dish or bowl. In another dish mix eggs and cream, in a third
dish mix bread crumbs and grated parmesan. Slice chicken breasts through the
center into two flat parts each. Season all sides of breasts with salt and pepper.
Dip each piece of breast into the flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally into
breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly makes sure each piece is coated on all sides
in each step.
Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Lay breasts in pan. Saut
chicken in hot oil until both sides are golden brown (about 4 to 5 minutes each
side). Remove from pan and set on paper towel to remove excess oil. Then place
sauted chicken in baking dish, covering with marinara sauce and topping each
piece of breast with a slice of mozzarella. Place in over preheated to 400f and bake
for 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling. Remove and serve with French fries.
1 pound of meat
2 potatos
1 onion
2 carrots
salt
1 teaspoon of oil
first: cut the vegetables and cut the meat into pieces
second: place the meat, water, pinch of salt and oil in saucepan
fourth: add the carrot and bean and let Cook on a low heat for15 minutes
fifth: add the rest of the ingredients and let cook approximately 15 minutes.
