    KATIE ADULT DAY CENTER POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

    SUBJECT: Program Drug and Alcohol Policy


    Reference: Minnesota Statutes, section, 245A.04, subdivision1, paragraph (c )
    Document Number: 05-011.16
    POLICY: This license holder, our employees, subcontractors, and volunteers,
    when directly responsible for persons served by the program, are
    prohibited from abusing prescription medication or being in any
    manner under the influence of a chemical that impairs the individuals
    ability to provide services or care.

    PROCEDURE:
    1. The license holder, employees, subcontractors, and volunteers are prohibited from
    abusing or being under the influence of a chemical that could impair the individuals
    ability to provide services or care.

    2. The above listed individuals are informed of this drug and alcohol policy.
