    Sir / Madam:

    The Information and Communications Technology (ICT-TWG) would like to request for a copy of
    your Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) and Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP) as part
    of the record consolidation of all offices in LGU-Tayabas City. Please see to it that the office should have
    included in the said documents the recommended ICT equipment provided by the ICT-TWG.

    This will be forwarded to the Local Chief Executive for his final approval and for inclusion to the
    2015 final budget.

    Copies of these may be given to Mr. John Robert Thomas Gajardo on or before July 8, 2014.
