Group proposal should be completed by the 9/28 meeting

Primary objective of meeting:

The primary objective of this meeting is to solidify the organization that we would like to work with,
and start the communication process with the organization.
The other primary objective of this meeting is to decide on at least 3 fundraising ideas that we could
possibly use.

What needs to happen to achieve this:

Group members need to come to the meeting with at least 2 fundraising ideas each so that a list can be
made and a vote can be held.

The liaison also needs to come to the meeting with contact information for the organization or can find it
promptly and be prepared to email/ call them.

Member need to be prepared with specific ideas for fundraising so that there is not confusion on the
route we will take to achieve our fundraising goal.
The proposal needs to be completed completely so that feedback will be provided so we can begin
contacts the organization as soon as possible.
