Dear Concerned:

It is my pleasure to share some professional insight regarding a former student, Theresa

Daniels. Mrs. Daniels participated in an administrative preparatory course that I taught in
the fall of 2016. This course was rigorous and demanded multiple applications of
scholarly study and insight. In addition, the course required research and dialogue on
current school issues. Without question, Mrs. Daniels presented outstanding work in
every area. Quality presentations, thoughtful discussions, and reflective questioning
clearly defined her contributions to the class.

Perhaps more importantly, I was able to discern Mrs. Daniels deep love for her work and
her commitment to excellence with the students and adults she served. She exemplified
professionalism in her work while challenging herself and others to become positive
educational leaders.

As a former campus/district administrator for many years, I find Mrs. Daniels a

noteworthy candidate for an administrative position. Her talent and her profound
desire to help others be successful are cornerstones that merit consideration.
