AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, ______________________, of legal age, married, and a resident of Garden

Ville, Barangay Busay, Cebu City, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law hereby depose and state:

1. I am the complainant in a criminal case docketed as Case No.

______________________ against________________, temporarily residing at
Nivel Hills, Busay, Cebu City.

2. I already settled my differences with respondent/accused

_____________________and came up with the decision of settling the case
amicably between us.

3. In view thereof, I hereby desist from continuing with the prosecution of the
above complaint against her and forever free her from both criminal and
civil liability arising from the filing of this complaint.

4. I understand that I no longer have any claim against GINALYN ABHIKAN

arising out of the filing of this case.

5. In this regard, I hereby move for the dismissal of the above complaint
against GINALYN ABHIKAN and forever free her from both the criminal
and civil liabilities attached therein.

6. I am executing this affidavit freely and voluntarily free from intimidation

coming from third persons.
