OBJECTIVE

I'm looking for a General Managers position within a company that is continuing
to grow!

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

My first job I was a General Manager at Jacks family restaruant.! The unit I was
over was located in Fort Payne, Alabama. There I grew the sales from $12,000
a week to a multi-million dollar store. I was employed at Jacks for over eleveen
years. During my time at Jacks I trained over three hundred managers and
employee's! My unit won many awards. We broke recorded breaking sales twelve
times, won the legendary service award ten times, and won all three spatuala
awards which included the silver, bronze and gold spatual's. Are customer count
increase over 10,000 or more a year. I went on from there to Npc international
which owned
a chain of Pizza Huts, Taco Bells, and long John Silvers! I was the General
Manager at Pizza Hut in Pelham, AL. I was a training store which I trained over
two hundred general managers, assistants, and twenty or more area managers in
.I was there for over five years! During my time there we won most Improved
Score Card and MVP Manager of the Year! I have learned and picked up many
different skills which has made me a very successful manager where ever I apply
myself.

WORK EXPERIENCE

General Manager (5/2009 - Present)

Boom Foods, huntsville, AL
Here I was station at the Pratt Ave. location! I was hired in to be the general
manager to hire new employees and train to policy and procedure standards,do
weekly schedules, weekly inventory counts, provided a strong bottom line profit
and continued to grow a happy a strong work environment.

General Manager (12/2006 - 3/2009)

NPC international, Pelham, AL, AL
I was the General Manager at the Oak mt. circle location in Pelham, AL. Here I
was a training store where I was too train any type of management from
assistants to general managers and also area managers. I also would manage
 labor by the hour, fill out weekly schedules,count inventory weekly which
controlled IFC and maintain a positive P&L!

General Manager (7/1996 - 8/2006)

Jacks Family Rest., Fort Payne, AL
I was the General Manager where I submitted the weekly schedules, counted
weekly inventory,went over P&l's, trained and managered from thirty to thirty
five employees!

I have won many different awards at the companies I was employed at. I have
broken recorded breaking sales over twelve times at Jacks, won Legendary
Service Awards, most Improve Score Card, MVP manager of the year award, the
bronze, sliver, and gold sales spatula and etc. I can type over fifty words a
minute. I have a lot of computer experience and skills. I also have over ten years
experience in management.
