Still Rolling
Your Tiger Football Teams played hard this week against the Garner Yearlings and your 7th grade
Tigers continue to roll with another big win. Your 7th Tiger Blue and White/Red teams defeated the
Yearlings here at home. Your 8th Grade Tiger Blue and White/Red teams both showed much
resilience and adversity this week never quitting in their games, but came up short in the end.
You may view the football results here.

Please come out and support your Tiger Blue and White Football Teams on Tuesday, Oct. 24, as
your 8th grade Tigers host Eisenhower MS and your 7th grade Tigers as they travel to Eisenhower to
face the Generals. Please come out and support your 7th and 8th Grade Tiger Red Football Teams
on Wednesday, Oct. 25, as your Tigers travel to Eisenhower to face the Generals.

Coaches Corner
This week I would like to introduce you to Coach John Greenacre. Coach
Greenacre was born in Illinois and has been residing in Texas for the past
eight years. He has also lived in Maine and Wisconsin and, while growing
up, spent summers in Florida and Canada. Coach Greenacre also loves to
travel and is hoping to return to Alaska and Europe soon. He graduated
twice from Illinois State University and is a proud Redbird. He has seven
years teaching experience and has been lucky enough to coach middle
school girls volleyball, basketball, and track. Being new to Tex Hill MS,
Coach Greenacre is excited to be teaching 8th grade math and coaching
boys basketball and track on to victory.
