The best option for me would be the McDonald's meal becuase I count my calories and McDonald's
has the lowest calories intake being 640. McDonald's total meal values are the lowest in every
catagory other than carbohydrates, which hypothetically, wouldn't be good if I was planning on
going to the gym. Other than carbohydrates being the highest ,and not by much, the McDonald's
meal seems to be the healthiest option for anyone who doesnt want to consume too much of their
Daily Recommended Value at one sitting.
