SUB : Issue of Water Connection to RL 104 in Residential Area

Dear Sir
I had completed water connection formalities & had paid the all the dues for releasing water
connection in 2013, due to some unforeseen circumstances I could not complete the construction
then , however I wish to complete my construction and take BCC from MIDC office .further I had paid
all dues of MIDC for this plot till April 2017 .
So I request you to consider my earlier paid Security deposit ,release the water connection to
my above plot .If any further charges are to be paid I am ready to pay for this connection.
As my completion period is already over, so I had applied for extension of completion period to
Nagpur RO office & my application is under active consideration.

I hereby give undertaking to you that in case my application could not be considered for
extension I shall surrender the water connection. I hereby confirm that taking water connection is for
completion of construction activity & not be used for my application in process.
