Welcome remarks was given to us by Dr. MA ROSELYN J. PALCAT stated, to be in TVL is to make
us a rounded person, and where we are can be brought, we can essentially bring out the best of them

Dr. ELENA P. GONZAGA gave the welcome message not all tools and equipment are disposable.
Even your next generations can use your tools if properly cared and maintained., Not just the tools are
to be maintained but also the person using it (us) because tools without the user is nothing but plain tools
but if used by the user is a powerful device that can change a future.

Sir JONATHAN CARACAS, the Senior Education Program Specialist, introduced the participants
but before that, he explained how the participants were chosen to attend by using the cotoast system
available in excel.

Shortly, right after the introduction of participants, Sir REYNALDO DANTES, the Supervising
Education Program Specialist discusses the Objectives of the 5-day Program and the outputs to be pass.

Dr. REYNALDO GICO, the Schools Division Superintendent of Antique gave a Special Message
