Try not getting much on the blackboard area
Leave (~1/2") tenon to fit handle onto.

Tape and cover all areas not wanting p a i n t ! ! !
Spray Krylon Blackboard paint in many
directions through 4 coats.
When fully dry, condition blackboard with soft
chaulk and wipe off.
