    CT STUDY OF LUMBO-SACRAL SPINE

    Mild anterior wedging of body of L1 vertebra is seen .

    Anterior osteophytes are seen arising from lumbar vertebral bodies .

    No evidence of any destructive pathology is seen.

    Extradural fat planes are maintained.

    No abnormal paraspinal soft tissue shadow is seen.

    Posterior elements are seen normally.

    Facet joints are normally seen.

    Spinal canal in AP dimension are normal.

    Bilateral SI joints are seen normally. No evidence of any erosion or


    sclerosis is seen.

    OPINION:

    MILD ANTERIOR WEDGING OF L1 VERTEBRA .


    EARLY OSTEOARTHRITIC CHANGES LUMBAR SPINE .

    Clinical correlation is necessary.
