Vision

Al Jazira &^
performance on and off the sports field for all sports clubs in the Middle East with
effective teamwork and professionalism. The Department of Human Resources will
be the most trusted and credible resource in the Club/Company for data,
information, assistance with HR matters, maintain confidentiality and ethical
behaviour, uphold an open, inclusive, and non-threatening environment and treat
everyone with respect.

Mission
Our mission is to be a successful competitor for domestic and international
championships with an absolute dedication to the sports. The HR Department will
           :  
promoting the concept that our employees are the most valuable resource and will
be treated as such. The HR Department will act as a catalyst to enable all Al Jazira
employees to contribute at optimum levels toward the success of the
Club/company as recruiting qualified individuals, retention of valuable employees,
training, educational development courses and providing them a safe and healthy
working environment.

Objectives

1- To indicate and explain the human resources policies and procedures
applicable in the club/ company.
2- To serve as main reference for the detailed steps related to the interviews,
employment, evaluation, training and salaries of employees and everything
related to human resources.

3- To indicate and define the responsibilities of the human resources personnel


and to ensure the continuous application of administrative procedures in spite
of changing the employees.
4- To ensure that the administrative policies and procedures are consolidated
and documented in one reference for the human resources personnel to
assure their safe performance of duties.
5- To facilitate the provision of data and reports to management on the works
and progress of human resources.
6- To find structure and system of internal control on the human resource works.
