Sub: Regarding delay in information providing regarding ongoing construction work.

Please refer to your office memo no. EO/PA/2016/16467 dated 14-10-2016 vide which I was
directed to intimate regarding delay in providing information providing regarding ongoing
construction work.

In this connection, it is submitted that office memo no. CE/2016/15793-15854 dated 03-10-
2016 marked by Estate Officer on date 03/10/2016 vide which I was asked to supply the information
regarding ongoing construction work below Rs.5.0 lakhs. This letter received on date 04-10-16
afternoon in the maintenance Unit which was marked by me to concerned JE on date 06/10/2016 as
i was busy whole day in auction held on date 05/10/2016.

There is some delay in put up this letter to the JE due to unavailability of messenger on
06/10/16 and 07/10/16 as he is on election duty on every Thursday and Friday. Further, the
information is sent by JE as he received the letter on date 10/10/2016. The letter was delivered to
your office on date 12/10/2016 as it was a holiday on date 11/10/2016.

There is a delay in process due to unavailability of staff. Care would be taken in future to
avoid such type of cases.
