Sub: Regarding vacation reports of University houses.

Please refer to your office memo no. EO/A.III/2016/16141 dated 13-10-2016 vide which I
was asked to submit factual position regarding vacation reports of University houses.

In this connection, it is submitted that there is a dispute regarding house no. 9/49 which was
occupied by Dr. M. S. Pannu and the same was vacated by him on 26-09-2016. As enquired from the
concerned persons, it was found that the vacation report was sent correctly. However, as narrated
by Sh. Lakhwinder Singh Sandhu, J.E.(Mtc.), Dr. M.S. Pannu vacated the house no. 9/49 on 26-9-
2016 but leaving behind the two split ACs due to unavailability of skilled electrician to remove the
ACs.

Further, Dr. M.S. Pannu has not yet vacated the Garage No.15. The copy of possession of
Garage No.15 from the possession/ Vacation register maintained by our office is attached herewith
for ready reference.
