The Ground Instructor is responsible for delivering high quality Theoretical Knowledge instruction to
students in compliance with the Airways Aviation Training standards and applicable aviation
authority regulations. He/she ensures that each student meets course standards, training
requirements and objectives. This position is training students with a strong focus on professional
behaviour and attitude besides strong theoretical knowledge training. Therefore teaching by
example is a very important responsibility for the Ground Instructor.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Experience teaching PPL and ATPL subjects desirable

Ability to work well in a highly structured environment
Team oriented
Result oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook
