New Years Doubles Challenge

Party Friday Night for Players/Sponsors Catered by Sandras Restaurant Hosted at the Vivante Clubhouse
Facility from 6 to 8 pm

Registration Form
1. USTA rules and regulations apply. Tournament is not USTA-sanctioned (no effect on ratings).
2. Matches will be no-ad scoring, 2 out of 3 sets. In place of a third set, we will play a USTA League tie
breaker (first to 10 by 2). ONE EVENT PER PLAYER WITH FEED-IN CONSOLATION FOR 1ST
ROUND LOSERS. Consolation matches will be scheduled with a lower priority than main-round matches
and may not be played in case of delays due to inclement weather.
3. Entry fee is $50 per person. Make checks payable to the Harry Chapin Food Bank. Includes balls, t-
shirt/gift bags, 2 tickets to dinner party on Friday night, and breakfast/lunch and beverages on
Saturday and Sunday. Non-playing spectators may purchase food tickets separately at the event.
4. Players must be prepared to play from Friday, 6 pm to 8 pm if necessary, and 8 am to 6 pm Saturday and
Sunday. Please note that all other Vivante facilities including the pool are for the use of Vivante
residents and their guests only.
5. First round starting times will be made available at the Players Party on January 5th, and will also be posted
on the tournament website at that time. Posted start times are estimates.
6. Entry deadline is 5 pm Saturday, December 3oth (by mail, email (couture13@aol.com), or by dropping
off at Wrigleys Tennis
