Method of Working & Sequence:
Marking on lean concrete, Polythene sheet will be layed on PCC, Steel bending according
to approved BBS and spacing of bars as per approved drawings will start. Spacer blocks underneath the
bars (bottom 75mm & Side 40mm) will be placed. Inspection request will be raised and after satisfactory
inspection formwork fixing will be started. Ply formwork will be used with sufficient vertical and
horizontal wooden supports all around the foundations. Straightening and verticality of formwork will
be check and anchor bolts pocket will be installed. RFI for formwork will be raised, and after satisfactory
inspection RCC concrete will start.

Two mixer single bag will be used for mixing and one will be stand by mixer. Cement, crush, sand and
water as per mixer design weight will be used and filling in mixer will be done through wheel barrows.
Crush and sand sieve analyses will check randomly before concrete mixing to ensure quality of material.
Steel temperature will be ensured before starting of concrete works with lazars temperature gun. Two
Vibrator will be used in concrete time by time ice will be used to maintain water temperature. Top
finishing will be steel terrazzo. Skid bare area will keep rough 25mm to 35mm deep from top of concrete
for grouting purpose. After removing the form work, proper curing of concrete for seven days will be
done covering the concrete with hessian cloth. Test cubes for 7 & 28 days test will be made during
concrete.
