Title of Seminar: Resilience - A SHELL Initiative

Duration: Two (2) days

Course Objectives
To introduce SHELL safety campaign on Resilience and provide participants with the basic
knowledge, skills and understanding to organize and deliver Resilience Training Sessions both
aboard and ashore. The course is mainly experiential and presents a series of techniques and
exercises that promote active participation in the groups in order to initiate cultivation of
resilience.

The training course is intended for maritime professionals who are responsible in conducting
the Resilience Training Sessions and who are in search of continuous professional
development and of new approaches to deliver an effective training course.

Training Methods
Lecture, presentations, interactive group discussions and case studies.

Language
Lecture in Greek/English, Material in English.

Certification
A Certificate of Training is provided to participants upon completion of the seminar.
