    The municipality of Paombong is situated south-west of the province of Bulacan.

    With an area of
    4,634 hectares, and composed of 14 barangays. Based on the 2015 NSO survey it has 53,294
    inhabitants. The soil is rich and suited to agriculture. Rice fields from the North to West and
    fishponds abound in the area. Nipa swamps abound and are spreads from East to South, which
    are veritable sources of income of the people. All these products are delivered in the local market
    except those products that needs to be processed outside the municipality.
