Overview
WHAT IS THE GOAL OF YDR ?
Offer each employee an annual interview designed as a constructive dialogue with the employee's
manager pertaining to performance and professional development.

Reminder: Once you've submitted the YDR form to your manager, you will no longer be able to modify your proposal.

1-Overall Assessment
This assessment consists of a summary of accomplishments throughout the past year.
In relying on the description of objectives adopted in 2016-17, the employee assesses and self-
evaluates his/her overall level of performance by synthesizing strengths and areas of

5- Goals for the coming year
The employee identifies and proposes to his/her manager objectives for the upcoming
year. An objective must be "SMART", i.e.:
Specific to the job
Measurable
Ambitious
Realistic (i.e. attainable)
with a defined Timeline
in addition to being perfectly consistent with Corporate strategy.
The manager also proposes objectives and then selects those being targeted after the
YDR exchange.
