Job Description
Primary job responsibility is to manage the Prposal/RFP process for the company; the candidate must
verify that all RFPs received by the company are tracked, read, disseminated to appropriate audiences,
compiled, and sent out in a variety of formats while meeting and exceeding stated deadlines.
Coordinator/Writer also works with Sales and Account Management teams to support efforts in
presenting current and detailed information regarding Superior Vision to prospective clients as well as
current clients through the renewal process.
Requirements
Gather information needed for the proposal and the manner in which it is to be submitted.
Develop shell / template according to the proposal requirement.
Add required information in the proposal template (corporate summary, projects etc.)
Perform cleanup work like consistent font, page set up, color, headings, sub headings, line space
etc.
Do technical writing most content will be provided but the proposal writer needs to
intelligently incorporate the content.
Restructure content and add new PowerPoint slides.
Maintain an RFP Proposal log with detailed data on all RFPs
Accountable for process improvement ideas, from brainstorming to implementation
Skills Required:
