1.1.2 Management and Personnel Feasibility Summary

TuberEats is a general partnership form of business. Through

good organizational structure, there will be smooth operation of the

business. Partners of business decided to divide the tasks and

responsibilities on everyone. It includes the Store Manager, Cashier, Cook,

Kitchen Staff and the Crew.

Terms and condition of employment in excess of its share to the

partnership includes hours of work of each personnel, member has one day

rest a week, holidays with pay and payment of salary. Others are discussed

in the partnership agreement.

1.1.3 Marketing Feasibility Summary

The market projection of this business is based on the surveys

conducted and other related information gathered within the vicinity

of our target location. Projection of demand, supply, and sales of

operation is based on the different factors like the population growth,

market acceptability, capacity to supply and other factors. This

study is feasible because our target population is willing and

capable of availing our products and services. We also consider

factors like our competitors and prevailing prices of the suppliers that

will affect our prices. Based on our demand supply analysis we found

out that we can supply the available market based on our production

capacity.
1.1.4 Production or Technical Feasibility Summary

The products that we are going to offer are mainly root crops-

made dishes. Machineries and equipment were enumerated as well

as other supplies with their corresponding cost. The project is

feasible based on the different aspect that we consider in operating

this business.

1.1.5 Financing and Financial Feasibility Summary

The total initial investment to establish the proposed project will be

P2, 000,000.00, which will be contributed by partners in form of cash and

contract of supply. There shall be no other source of capital aside from the

partners' (initial) contribution.

1.1.6 Socio-Economic Feasibility Summary

The business is deemed to serve a great contribution to the

governments effort in raising its revenue for its function. These shall

be in the form of income tax, permits, licenses and other fees. The

community will benefit because the business will provide jobs to

individual that improve their lives and a society as a whole.

1.2 Conclusions to Feasibility

TuberEats is something not just worth of investment but also of pursuing.

There is nearly close to perfection chance of attaining success and stability after

putting the proposed business into reality in contrast to the common impression

that fewer restaurants survive beyond 2 years.

One of the reasons for this is that, as provided above, the management of

the business lies entirely on the hands of its proponents who would not want any

management matter left unattended. And having it as a partnership, than the usual

sole proprietorship set-up, there is a wide range of skills each partner can

contribute to the eventual booming of the business. In addition to this, as it is all

about food, variation in the tastes and preferences of the partners serves a great

advantage to the continued marketability and salability of the business products.

Another selling point of putting up TuberEats is its marketability. Its location,

SM Cherry is a newly built mall in Antipolo City. As we can see, no other place

than Antipolo City being the closest Provincial City offering a lot of promises to

metro city people for a less hassle out-of-city experience, can be of best interest

to both business builders and prospective clients and even patrons.

Accessibility is also a point. Nowadays, to escape the stress of urban living

metro city people look for something new to taste yet they take a lot of

consideration to the time, expenses and effort it would cost them. Built in a place
as accessible to Metro Manila as Antipolo City, TuberEats which will offer uniquely

satisfying food and drinks will sure be a hit!

TuberEats will be a haven of metro people in Antipolo. A must-pursue

project.

2.2 Proposed Name of the Business

The business proponents came up with TuberEats as the name of our

business. Tuber as the other term for the word rootcrops and Eats, that

represents the nature of the business mainly food service.

2.3 Type of Business Organization

TuberEats is a general partnership entity with more than two persons

involved. They share the assets and profits, as well as the liabilities and

management responsibilities of running the business. General partnerships are

usually less expensive to form and require less paperworks and formalities than

corporations. There is no taxation to the business itself, all income, deductions,

and credits, pass through to the individual partners and are reported on their

individual tax returns.

2.4 Location of Business

The target location of the business will be at the 3rd Floor of SM Cherry,

Marcos Highway, Antipolo City. Places nearby the vicinity are largely populated by

passengers, students, neighbors and other residential houses. They will serve as

the sources of potential customers of the business that would generate great profit

for the business.

3.1 Organizational Chart

The proponents chose functional type of organization. This is one of the

most commonly used type of organizational structure which all activities in the

firm are group together according to certain functions like production, marketing,

service and administrative. This is the best structure that will fit to the TuberEats

over-all operation. This is quite complex but effective and efficient for every

partners since the work is divided into specialized functions.

This type of structure can be applicable for a long period of time since it

offers a greater scope for expansion as compare to line type of organization.

Despite of the disadvantages of this type which are the confusion and conflict in

roles and responsibilities, its still the best choice for it can supervise a large

number of subordinates while in line type, it can only supervise a limited number

of subordinates and this is more efficient in accomplishing task and there is

teamwork and cooperation of all members of the organization.
