    EXCEPTIONS TO BID TERMS AND CONDITIONS/ COMPLIANCE STATEMENT

    We have taken/ not taken, any/ following exceptions to Scope of Services / Supply /
    specification /schedule/ the terms and conditions stated in the Bid. We understand that
    Company reserves the right to reject the Bid for any /all these exceptions without referring back
    to the Bidder.

    Each and every exception has been defined with reference to various Sections of the Bid
    document with proper justification. We also understand that exceptions not listed below shall not
    be considered even if mentioned elsewhere in the Bid
