Dear All,

Greetings from AMITY!

Hope you all are extremely busy for your assignments and end term examination preparation. Steps to upload your
assignments in your SSO login are appended with this mail as Steps1 to 4 in jpg format.

We would like to update you on some important information which is vital for your coming examinations. I have
highlighted them below for your quick assimilation and action:

1. After uploading your assignment you will get and email confirming same, but this will be just a
confirmation of uploading a file and not the confirmation of required contents therein.
2. As per latest University regulations, it is now compulsory to submit all assignments of the semester papers
you desire to appear, in case of non-submission, you will not be provided with your marks scored and
subsequently no results will be officially declared, till you submit your required/due assignments. Any
Assignment submitted after the due date will automatically go to the subsequent evaluation cycle as per
university norms and no expeditious steps will be taken to evaluate them.
3. In order to print your e-Admit card, option no. 4 in your SSO login will be activated from 1st DECEMBER
2009 and will remain active till 21st DECEMBER 2009. You need to print your admit card by filling all
relevant details required therein. You also need to be ready be a scanned photographs of yours for this
purpose in your system. Immediately after generating and printing of this e-Admit card a mail will be sent
to your email ID, (ID as disclosed thereof), confirming the card generation and will carry your exam Access
keys. These access keys will also get printed on your e-admit card.
4. You can select your city and center when you will print the admit card, in case you have selected to appear
from your office then you will have to input your address thereto, in this case you will need to send me
the details of the official (in terms of his name, designation his/her consent and the email ID) who would
be supervising your exams in office. This must reach to me latest by 30-11-09.
5. These admit card duly signed by the respective supervisors (wherever applicable) will need to be send to
me after the completion of your exams i.e. on 21st DECEMBER 2009.
6. Your end term examination link will be activated from 15th DECEMBER 2009 and will remain active till
21st JUNE 2009 between 3pm to 5pm IST.
7. Students who have not paid their exam re-take / 're appear' fee @ Rs 500/- per subject, may kindly send
us in form of DD in favour of AMITY CENTER FOR e-LEARNING, Noida, latest by 30-11-09. Also those who
have missed their semester fee and wish to appear in this term exams, may also sent it immediately with a
late fine of Rs 3,000/- with the fee amount, else will not be allowed to appear in the forthcoming ETEs
8. After the assignments are evaluated, the marks out of 30 and remarks will appear in your respective
subject login, so kindly refer to your respective logins and check them after your ETEs. Accordingly now
your end term exam will be of 70 marks and the results / scores of which normally are displayed
immediately after exam/paper submission.
9. We are in the process of compiling all your previously appeared semesters’ scores/results and you will
shortly hear from the University examination cell on your results.
10. Please be informed that your subsequent semester fees will be due soon after your December 2009 ETEs
and need to pay them on or before 10th January 2010 to avoid any late payment charges.
