Along with Dr Syama Prasad Mukherjee, Pt Deen Dayal Upadhyaya was also one
of the founding members of Bharatiya Jan Sangh, the forerunner of Bhartiya Janata
Party ( BJP). I presume Indian Media DELIBERATELY omitted his name as one of
founders of Bharatiya Jan Sangh, because he was MURDERED.

On 11 February 1968, Pt Deen Dayal Upadhyaya who was travelling in 3rd class
compartment in a passenger train, along with party colleagues was found DEAD
near a electric pole, near Mughalsarai Station. His body was discovered by Lever
man, who later informed the Assistant Station Master. His dead body remained
UNCLAIMED for several hours, until someone within the curious crowd
recognized him. So who pushed him out of the train..?

I am making the claim that he was travelling with party colleagues because being Pt
Deen Dayal Upadhyaya - President of Bharatiya Jan Sangh, he would DEFINITELY
be travelling with SOME people from his political party, he definitely would NOT
have been travelling alone. Pt Deen Dayal Upadhyaya was not some small time
party leader but was rather well known around India. And his death plunged the
nation and the Jan Singh workers in inconsolable grief. I have made this allegation
that Senior Leaders of RSS, are the prime suspects behind the murder of Pt Deen
Dayal Upadhyaya, as they wanted to hijack Bharatiya Jan Sangh.

Rothschild controlled Indian media even SUPPRESSED the fact that Pt Deen Dayal
Upadhyaya was Bharatiya Jan Sangh President, on numerous occasions, they had
published LIES in Indian newspapers that Pt Deen Dayal Upadhyaya was only a
General Secretary of Bharatiya Jan Sangh and Atal Bihari Vajpayee was above him
in hierarchy.

An obvious case of MURDER, was passed off by the police and later CBI as a case of
Petty robbery gone wrong.

Indians should question, which thief would try to steal from President of Bharatiya
Jan Sangh, who would obviously have been accompanied by his party colleagues ( a

Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) had actually backed former Prime Minister
Indira Gandhi's decision to impose an Emergency in 1975.

Prime Minister Indira Gandhi imposed Emergency after she received an

unfavorable decision by Allahabad High Court.
Allahabad High Court ordered all privileges Indira Gandhi received as an MP be
stopped, and that she be debarred from voting.

This was because Raj Narain her political opponent , had filed a petition with
Allahabad High Court that she had misused the State Machinery to fight elections.
However, she ignored the High Court decision and was determined to continue as
Prime Minister.

The next day, Lok Nayak Jayaprakash Narayan organised a large rally in Delhi,
where he said that a police officer must reject the orders of government if the order
is immoral and unethical as this was Mahatma Gandhi's motto during the freedom
struggle.

Such a statement was taken as a sign of inciting rebellion in the country. He along
with Acharya Kripalani and Congress (O) chief Morarji Desai called Indira
Gandhi's government as dictatorial and corrupt.
The next day Prime Minister Indira Gandhi requested a compliant President
Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed to issue a proclamation of a State of Emergency.

masterminded Hindu- Muslim Riots across India to destabilize Prime Minister
Morarji Desai led Janata Party Government. Socialists and secular Janata
politicians shared an aversion to the Hindu nationalist politics of the RSS and

Indira Gandhi remained Prime Minister for THREE Terms until she was
Assassinated.

Ram Temple Movement sponsored by RSS, VHP & SANGH PARIVAR was a huge
Farce. The ulterior aim of Ram Mandir Movement 1990, was to destabilize and
topple National Front Government of Vishwanath Pratap Singh.

Another Ram Mandir Movement 1992, which led to Demolition of Babri Masjid,
was meant to destroy the credibility of P.V Narasimha Rao as a SECULAR Leader
and ensure that Congress Party under P.V Narasimha Rao loose Muslim votes,
which would eventually lead Congress Party under P.V Narasimha Rao losing
General Elections.

All this was done to strengthen the hands of Congress Leaders who were Nehru
Gandhi family loyalists, who eventually lead a rebellion to force the ouster of P.V
Narasimha Rao as Congress President and AICC President. Within 62 days after
the resignation of P.V Narasimha Rao, Sonia Gandhi became the next Congress

When Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee led NDA Government was in power,
there was a infamous Rs.58,000 Golden Quadrilateral Scam.

A honest Civil Engineer named Satyendra Dubey was associated with Rs 58,000-
crore National Highways Project ( Golden Quadrilateral Project ).
Satyendra Dubey (1973-2003) was IITian , he did Civil Engineering from IIT,
Kanpur. Subsequently, he did his M. Tech (Civil Engg.) from Indian Institute of
Technology (BHU), Varanasi in 1996. He was a Project Director at the National
Highways Authority of India (NHAI).

In July 2002 he was employed by the National Highway Authority of India

( NHAI ). Satyendra Dubey became the Assistant Project Manager at Koderma,
Jharkhand , and was responsible for managing a part of the Aurangabad-Barachatti
section of National Highway 2 (The Grand Trunk Road ). This highway was part of
the Golden Quadrilateral (GQ) Corridor Project , the Prime Minister's initiative,
which aimed to connect many parts of the country major cities by Four-Lane Limited-
Access Highways totalling 14,000 kms , at an overall cost more than US $ 10 billion.
During this period, Satyendra Dubey got the Contractor of the project to suspend
three of his engineers after exposing serious financial irregularities.
As is the case with many scams, Satyendra Dubey as Assistant Project Manager
discovered that the contracted firm, Larsen and Toubro , had been subcontracting
the actual work to smaller shady Contractors, working with the local mafia. These
sub contractors actually take up Engineering projects to deliver sub-standard
work, they usually work with the local mafia & are politically well connected.
Initially , he wrote to his Boss exposing serious financial irregularities, about Poor
& Sub-Standard materials used in the construction of the highway, to NHAI
Project Director S.K Soni, and to Brij Satish Kapoor.
Concerned officials associated with NHAI Project , S.K Soni and Brij Satish
Kapoor, overlooking the operations , took was no action on receipt of letter from
Satyandra Dubey. In his letter , he exposed large-scale flouting of NHAI rules
regarding sub-contracting and quality control.

Intead, Satyendra Dubey was transferred (August 2003) out, since it was believed
his association with Golden Quadrilateral (GQ) Corridor Project, did not serve
the interests of NHAI.

Meanwhile, suspicious of possibility of High-Level Corruption within the NHAI,

somewhere in October 2003, Satyendra Dubey wrote a confidential Letter directly
to the Prime Minister of India, Atal Bihari Vajpayee detailing the serious financial
and contractual irregularities in the NHAI Project. He also attached a separate bio-
data , so that the matter would be taken more seriously. In this letter , Satyendra
Dubey had also highlighted the problems of sub-contracting almost all the work,
even up to 100% to petty contractors incapable of executing such Large Projects,
due to Lack of technical know - how, which further lead to extremely high inferior
quality of work.

Despite a Repeated Requests that his identity be kept secret, given the Letter's
sensitive nature of the content, a Copy of the Letter along with Bio-Data was
forwarded immediately to the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, by the
PMO. Soon after Satyendra Dubey was reprimanded by the vigilance office of NHAI
officially, who rather cautioned Satyendra Dubey about the impropriety of writing
a Letter directly to the PMO.

On November 27, 2003 Satyendra Dubey, who was Assistant Project Manager
with NHAI, was found dead by the side of the road in the suburb of A.P. Colony. He
had been shot dead.

Many prominent MLAs in Karnataka Assembly from Bellary are mining barons,
who are involved in illegal mining. Not many Indians know that Reddy Brothers
were into Illegal Mining , since 1998 ( when Congress party was in Power in
Karnataka ). Reddy Brothers were close to both Sushma Swaraj and L.K Advani,
from way back in 1998. Their association began, when Sushma Swaraj was
contesting Lok Sabha Elections from Bellary against Congress President Sonia
Gandhi way back in 1999. This was when the Reddy brothers worked in the
campaign for Sushma Swaraj after she stood as a long-shot candidate in Bellary,
against Sonia Gandhi. Though Sushma Swaraj lost her Election against Sonia
Gandhi, she remained a patron of the Reddy Brothers , and was known to visit
Bellary frequently.

G. Janardhana Reddy in 1998 started a finance company, Ennoble India Savings ,

which soon collapsed , leaving unpaid debts of over Rs. 2000 Crores. This was
nothing less than fraud. The Reddy Brothers due to their proximity to the
Congress Party High Command obtained a Mining License in 2004 , since then,
their rise has been meteoric, driven by soaring commodity prices, primarily due to
demand for iron ore from China.

They are also known as Bellary Brothers and ILLEGALLY export High Grade Iron
Ore to China at dirt cheap prices. This started happening after Atal Bihari
Vajpayee led NDA Government came to power. Before that all Mining operations
in India were conducted by Government Body - MMTC ( Mining and Metal
Trading Corporation of India ).

To all Indians, Narendra Modi Government has turned India into a Huge
Departmental Store, where anything can be purchased with BLACK MONEY by
foreigners and foreign companies. Indians must get rid of Narendra Modi
Government as soon as possible.

Reddy Brothers were into illegal mining, long before they obtained a Mining
License to get some kind of legitimacy. This became EASY after CORRUPT UPA
Government ( led by Congress President Sonia Gandhi ) came to power.
Actually , there are many mining mafias within Bellary Reddy brothers just
happen to be one of them. All this BLACK MONEY from illegal mining goes to
foreign banks ( Swiss Banks ) owned by Rothschild and comes back to India as
FDI and loans from World Bank.
Belekeri Port Scam - had been happening long before it appeared in the Indian
media. Ulterior aim behind overthrow of Karnataka Chief Minister
B.S.Yeddyurappa, by his own Party High Command was to protect Belekeri Port
Scam and infamous Bellary Mining Scam.

Karnataka Chief Minister B.S.Yeddyurappa, was not on good terms with Reddy
brothers and wanted to kick them out, but he was thwarted by Party High
Command led by both Sushma Swaraj and L.K Advani.
At that time, Sushma Swaraj was a senior BJP leader and leader of the opposition
in Lok Sabha and L.K Advani was BJP President. He was also icon of Ram Mandir
Movement.

Reddy Brothers were also close to Senior Congress Leaders from both Karnataka
& Andhra Pradesh. They used to fund both Sushma Swaraj and L.K Advani, to fight
elections. All the while the Fraud Indian Media led by The Times of India -
deliberately & falsely running stories that B.S Yeddyurappa as Chief Minister of
Karnataka had been receiving bribes from Reddy Brothers.

B.S Yeddyurappa was forced to compromise with Reddy Brothers since they had
support of party BJP High Command , L.K Advani & Sushma Swaraj. In a
compromise with B.S Yeddyurappa , the Reddy Brothers forced the removal of
Karnataka minister Shobha Karandlaje and chief secretary V.P. Baligar, and
obtained ministerial berths for themselves. B. Sriramulu a close confidante of
Reddy brothers became their State Health Minister

Gali Janardhan Reddy , mining magnate became a Minister For Tourism and
Infrastructure in the Karnataka BJP government all thanks to the then BJP
President - L.K Advani.

Conspiracy to topple B.S.Yeddyurappa as Karnataka Chief Minister was originally

hatched by Congress Party High Command led by President Sonia Gandhi.
In a conspiracy to dethrone B.S Yeddyurappa as Karnataka Chief Minister,

Karnataka Chief Minister - B.S Yeddyurappa assumed office. But in realty, this
Illegal Mining has been taking place since Atal Bihari Vajpayee led NDA
Government assumed office and throughout Congress Party rule in Karnataka..

After the mining scam broke out, straight forward Chief Minister B.S Yeddyurappa
chaired a meeting along with cabinet ministers and took a ..unanimous decision..
was taken to rein in the State Mining Lobby and boost the party sagging image. But
this is NOT what Senior BJP Leaders wanted, instead their aim was to protect the
State Mining Lobby.

However, the purge was apparently grounded, after Senior BJP Leader Sushma
Swaraj , widely perceived as protective of the Reddy Brothers made a blistering
attack on Karnataka Chief Minister B.S . Yediyurappa. She went to the extent of
saying the Chief Minister was fanning the Opposition Parties against the Reddy
Brothers and that he was Hand-in-Glove with Governor H.R. Bharadwaj.
After this unexpected berating, the Chief Minister fell silent and mutedly agreed to
meet the Reddy Brothers the day after. We need to realize here that Reddy Brothers
enjoyed protection of Senior BJP Leaders.

Chief Minister B.S.Yeddyurappa apparently even had the numbers worked out for a
government minus the mining Barons - The Reddy brothers. In his estimate, the
Reddys had only the support of around eight MLAs, who could be easily replaced as
a few Opposition Legislators ( MLAs ) were keen to join his Government.

The Karnataka Chief Minister B.S.Yeddyurappa was ready to take the Plunge and
Sack the Reddys, but it became clear he finds his hands tied. The exchange in Delhi
and the review of the numbers suggests that B.S Yeddyurappa was mentally willing
to sack the Reddy Brothers or from his cabinet , but has been forced to alter his
strategy with senior BJP leaders - Sushma Swaraj & L.K Advani thwarting his
plans.

We need to realize here is that Reddy Brothers were the Bellary brothers, who
were involved in illegal export of Iron Ore from Bellary. They enjoyed protection
at the senior most level within BJP.
So it is obvious , Sushma Swaraj is said to have stepped in to prevent the removal of
the Reddy Brothers from the Cabinet in mid 2010, after uproar due to the mining
scandal. But our media portrayed it , as though Karnataka Chief Minister B.S
Yeddyurappa was protecting Reddy Brothers , after taking Bribes & paying off BJP
High Command, and he did Not want to sack them. This was a Spin given by our

BJP Central Leadership ( Under the then BJP President L.K Advani ) successfully
persuaded Santosh Hegde , to continue investigations into the mining
irregularities against Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa , against all

Santosh Hegde as being a Congress Party mole in Lokayukta and asked for his
resignation.

B S Yeddyurappa resigned as Karnataka Chief Minister on 31 July 2011.

Yeddyurappa were known to be opposed to him & were Loyalists of Reddy Brothers.

Deshmukh, Maharashtra Home Minister, R.R Patil, and the Congress president,
Sonia Gandhis political secretary, Ahmed Patel.

In the CD, Hasan Ali Khan claimed a meeting involving R.R Patil and Ahmed Patel at
Juhu Centaur Hotel on 11 August 2008 to approve Hasan Gafoors name as
Mumbais Police Commissioner. Home Minister R.R Patil vehemently denied any
association with Hasan Ali Khan.
I have never met Ahmed Patel and never spoken to him face to face. The CID will
probe if the motive of the CD was to harm Gafoor, me, Ahmed Patel or anybody else,
Home Minister R.R Patil told the assembly.

The government ordered an inquiry conducted by the Additional Director-General,

CID, and the SP, S Yadav. The CD was prepared by the use of spy cam by the Deputy
Police Commissioner Ashok Deshbhratar. Predictably, the politicians named have
never been questioned. Their denials have been accepted at face value. Instead the
CID charged IPS officer Ashok Deshbhratar, who produced the CD, with trying to
extort money from Hasan Ali Khan.

In its 15-page report the CID stated that Hassan Ali Khans confession has been
selectively edited. The CID had sent the CD to the forensic lab at Chandigarh. Its
report said the Audio-Visual Pieces of interrogation were not inter-linked, but
joined together in sequence to appear as if they are part of continuous
interrogation. Inter-linked or not, the forensic report does not deny that it was
Hassan Ali Khan himself speaking the disjointed narrative.
CID investigations confirmed that one meeting did take place involving Vilasrao
Deshmukh and Ahmed Patel at Juhu Centaur on 15 March 2008. But CID
comforted itself with the fact they could not have discussed Hasan Gafoors
appointment because by then he had already been appointed as Mumbais
Commissioner of Police.

Never mind the Police Commissioners appointment, how is Hassan Ali Khans
proximity to Senior Congress politicians including Ahmed Patel, the political
secretary of Sonia Gandhi to be explained?
