    The research proposal speaks of your potential.

    Teamwork, Leadership, Reaction to a task. Content Knowledge, Ability to face

    challenges & communication, How well you interact, Improvise in an

    unexpected situation, Negotiate, Whether you are Contributing and Including

    the other people in the conversation [are you able to accommodate the ideas

    of others in the project?]

    A good research proposal will show you have thought about your project,

    gathered background information and organized your thoughts.

    Refinement of your proposals may be necessary. OR your group may need to

    draft a new priposal if no RS mentors take up your group.

    Research methodology

    What do you intend to conduct carry out your study? What will the steps be ?

    What methods will be employed? How will sampling be done?

    How will the data be collected?

    Method descrives how the fata will be collected

    Methodology explains why a method or composite of methods has been

    chosen (over others), considerations of methods limitations and ethical

    concerns
