Hal : Speaking invitation at the International Ophthalmology Symposium Bali (IOS-B)

Dear Mr. Prof Clement Tan, MD

On behalf of the organizing committee of the International Ophthalmology Symposium Bali

(IOS-B), in cooperation of PERDAMI Bali with Medical Faculty of Udayana University and
John Fawcett Foundation Bali, we are pleased to invite you to come and share a 30 minute
speech. This event will be held on November 30th December 1st 2017 in Discovery Kartika
Plaza, Kuta-Bali. The theme of this years conference is Updates in Ocular Manifestation of
Malignant Infection-Immunology and Metabolic Disease. We would like to invite you to speak
on Thursday morning, November 30th 2017 about Examination Practice in Eye Movement and
Pupil Disorder. Your expertise and experience in this subject would be an excellent addition to
our programme.

You could send your paper to scientificiosbali@gmail.com. The paper should be written in
journal format with maximum amount of 3 pages. The text alignment should be centered. The
main text and tables must be saved in Microsoft Word document format, with 12 point in size
and Times New Roman font style.

Lastly, we would be pleased and honored if you are willing to be on of our speaker at 2017
International Ophthalmology Symposium Bali.
