Executive summary
We are considering to show in our prospectus the intend project we are looking
forward in Africa, since it has a lot of reserves on cobalt, minerals etc.. Since the
situation is too dangerous we areevaluating wether or not to show it up in the
prospectus, but dangers threatens our objectives and our personal, war in congo,
and the political disorder africa has will not allow to exploit effectively the
rreserves.

Findings
1. Militar in congo has killed about 150 people that are to work in Africa
2. Miliatr has killed one of the most known mining administrators
Conclusion
It does not really worth it, to show our intentions to work in Africa, becasuse yes it
will perhaps increase our stock value in the market, but it becomes more risky for
people to invest in our company an that something we can not allow if we are just
starting in the us market.

Recommendations
Knowing the situation it is recommended not to show the project in the prospectus
because of the situation in Africa.
