To whom it may concern,

I have known Moises Hernandez for past years in my capacity as a teacher at Foshay Learning Center. Moises
has taken part in our Accounting, Entrepreneurship, and Economics class as part of the Foshay Academy of
Finance. Moises over the past year has learned about accounting, marketing, finance, sales, and economics.
He also took part in a National Entrepreneurship program were he had to write a professional business plan
about the business of his choosing. He created an app in which he had to figure out why people would want or
need the item, how to get the potential customers to know about it, and how it was going to become a
profitable business. This project took hours of real world research and planning as well as working with
mentors from different professional fields. At the conclusion of the four month project he had to pitch the idea
similar to the TV show program. He was one of the finalist and all the judges who came in were really
impressed with his idea and the manner in which he communicated to them how his business would become
successful. He was one of the top students in every aspect of the competition, but more importantly he came
off as a professional in this situation. Moises also took part of creating a lesson plan to teach inner city
children about financial literacy. He took leadership into guiding his team and making sure the rest of them
knew what they were going to talk about to make sure the children could fully understand what they were
going to say. He also created activities for each section for financial literacy which was budgeting, good vs.
bad debt, credit, and investing. His team was one of the best in teaching the children as well as making it
enjoyable and entertaining for them. He was on top of everything as always and one of the greatest presenters,
top student in every aspect and a great leader.

As part of being a great student in the classroom he also is someone who is willing to help other students with
understanding. He takes time during class to help his classmates learn the material when they are falling
behind. He is great at communicating to them and what needs to get done as well as being able to explain it to
them after he has learned it.

In conclusion, I am certain that Moises will become a successful person, and graduate with high marks as he
has a done well in school up until this point. He possesses the right combination of intelligence, confidence,
and persuasive skills to excel. If you have any questions and concerns, please feel free to contact me about this
remarkable young man.

Sincerely,

William Stahura
