    1. To provide the platform for the development of faculty in terms


    of paper published, consultancy, and faculty as resource
    persons, book published.
    2. To promote faculties as member of National, International
    bodies, member of Editorial board/ review member for various
    National and International Journals.
    3. To promote faculties as subject chairman, member of
    paper/Syllabus setting committee for Government /Private
    /Autonomous and deemed bodies.

    Outcomes:-

    1. Increased Paper publication in reputed national and


    international journal
    2. Increased faculty participation in activities outside institute
    like resource person, FDP/workshop/seminar
    3. Increased faculties role in university related work like subject
    chairman, paper setter.
    4. Increase in number of faculties as member of editorial boards,
    as member of professional bodies.
