AFL 9s EVACUATION PLAN

E ON HEARING ANY FIRE ALARM
(e.g. beep...beep...whoop...whoop or bell or continuous ring)
R Immediately cease activities.
G Evacuate the main oval onto the location of the two
evacuation spots on as indicated on the map below.

N Evacuation

Follow the deputy warden (the person in the red
hat)
Assist others if required.
Do not use lifts.
Remain at the assembly area (Areas indicated on map) until
given the all clear to return by the Emergency Services or
Security.

If YOU discover Fire/Smoke

R emove people from immediate danger


A lert others. Ring (0) 000 and Security on x12880
C ontain the emergency if possible (e.g. close door)
E vacuate to the nearest assembly areas (as
indicated on the map)

Extinguish only if safe and trained to do so.

If near an alarm system, hit the Break Glass alarm
