Dear Laura Webb

Board of Education:

Achieving a bachelors degree in education has created a general stepping stone towards
accomplishing my dreams of becoming an elementary school teacher. In general aspects of the
Madison School District, I would prefer to engage in an employment at Roselane Elementary as
a second or third grade educator. My nephew attended this school for several years making me
very knowledgeable and comfortable with rules/guidelines of this current schools policies.

The educators achievement is to create an equal and effective learning environment that
is engaging and safe for all students. Currently weighing the option of obtaining a higher degree
in the education field, such as a special education educator would broaden the possibilities of
becoming a more useful asset to the school district. The ability to create a classroom
environment that welcomes all students of many backgrounds entails true depth in knowledge as
an educator. We must show compassion, care, empathy and understanding for where these
students have originated to where they currently fall on the learning spectrum. These strengths
along with the nurturing, heartfelt desire to teach children drives my dedication of becoming an
amazing educator while gaining an incredible, life-changing experience.

Thank you in advance for any comments or questions you may have for a more in-depth,
personal explanation. My email is the first contact suggestion or my personal contact number, if
need be please leave message and I will return your call at my earliest convenience.

Sincerely,

Alexandra Eggleton
