(SCAD), Savannah, Georgia, including but not limited to my slides, handouts,
likeness, voice and name (the “Presentation Materials”);
• Prepare derivative works from the Presentation Materials; and
• Use, edit, reproduce, distribute, exhibit, display, publish, perform the
Presentation Materials, or any excerpt thereof, and any derivative works, as still
photographs, transparencies, motion pictures, television, video, sound
recordings, electronic images, videos, web pages, transcripts, documents, files,
or other medium in connection with collaborative innovation networks COINs
2010 Conference education programs, intranet or public web sites, or for
educational, scholarly, research, or any other use, by collaborative innovation
networks COINs 2010 Conference, or a third party, at the sole discretion of the
collaborative innovation networks COINs 2010 Conference.

I hereby release collaborative innovation networks COINs 2010 Conference, and any
employees, officers and associates, as well as any assignees, from any and all claims
for damages for libel, slander, invasion of privacy, right to publicity, copyright violation,
trademark violation, or any other claim based on use of the above-described material(s).
