Instructions
Print and laminate. The pictures and their names have to be pasted together
first, before laminating.
1. Students work in pairs.
2. They put the YO VOY and the T VAS cards on the table.
3. They play by turns. One student picks two pictures and place one below
the YO VOY card and the other below the T VAS.
4. Then the student builds the sentences and reads them loud to his
partner. Example:
Yo voy a la playa. T vas al museo.
5. Now the tricky part: the other student has to read the sentences again
but say YO VOY with the picture in T VAS and say T VAS with the
picture in the YO VOY. Why? Because he is supposed to go to the
place his partner picked for him and placed below the T VAS, and his
partner is supposed to go to the place placed below YO VOY.
6. To make it easier the other student can swItch the pictures in the YO
VOY and T VAS.
7. EXAMPLE.
Student 1 Builds and reads: Yo voy al parque. T vas a la playa.
Student 2 reads: Yo voy a la playa. T vas al parque.
