dern, ohne dass es darauf ankme, wie viele Jahre der betroffene Arbeitnehmer die
gleiche Stelle besetzt hat oder dass diese Vertrge nicht einen zeitlich begrenzten,
sondern vielmehr einen stndigen und dauernden Bedarf decken. Der Schutz der Ar
beitnehmer vor Missbrauch durch befristete Arbeitsvertrge und verhltnisse, den 5
der Rahmenvereinbarung bezweckt, wird dadurch in Frage gestellt.
