In this connection it is brought to your notice that the funds provided under
the Major Head 3451/SES in respect of TE, Salary, POL have been exhausted and the
department is facing lot of difficulties in clearing of pending liabilities of Hon’ble
Minister, Administrative Department and day to day requirement of funds under Object
